This 28-foot Ford F59 food truck has just 6,000 miles on both the body and gas engine. Its kitchen was installed in 2024 and is equipped for gas and electric cooking.
Commercial kitchen: Stovetop, oven, chargrill, flatgrill, fryer, multiple work tables, a 10-foot exhaust hood with two fans, and an Ansul fire suppression system. Customer service and technology: Concession window, awning, exterior customer counter, outside sound system, military-grade router with roof-mounted 5G antennas, network cabling to the window location for a POS system, and exterior Tapo wireless magnetic security cameras.
